xdaji Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the xdaji platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and xdaji. By browsing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the xdaji platform. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use xdaji's services:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a real individual — accounts may not be operated through robots or automated processes.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or the same network is strictly prohibited.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the area where you reside.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or terminated by xdaji.

xdaji reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

3.1 Creating an Account

When creating an account on xdaji, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information may result in the account being closed at any time and any balance in the account being forfeited.

3.2 Password & Security

Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Closing an Account

• You may request to close your account at any time through support.
• xdaji may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the established process.

xdaji processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposit amounts are added to your account instantly.
• You must use only a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments or credit cards are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until bonus-related wagering requirements have been met.
• Once a withdrawal request is verified, it is generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

xdaji offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may be claimed only once. Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts may result in both accounts being terminated.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings portion becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• xdaji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If abuse or manipulation of the bonus system is suspected, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.

The xdaji VIP program has four tiers. Through regular and active play, users can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits.

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the account on a set day. The cashback amount is subject to change at the platform's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking methods.
• Attempting to modify the platform's code or systems without authorization.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using third-party funds or payment methods.

All content published on the xdaji website — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other elements — is the property of xdaji or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
• Unauthorized use of the xdaji trademark and brand identity is strictly prohibited.
• Game software is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, etc.).

• Your personal information is kept secure through SSL encryption.
• Your information is not sold to third parties.

xdaji provides its services on an "as is" basis. xdaji bears no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• Account information being compromised due to a user's own negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from in-game losses.
• Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government directives.

xdaji's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount deposited by the user in connection with the relevant incident.
